About us
Patrizia Weiszflog had a dream which she made come true. From a completely different business sector she moved to be a biodynamic* farmer and a hotel owner.  Today she welcomes all quests with warmth and kindness to enjoy the special moments of life she wants to offer to everyone visiting Relais del Colle, the perfect hide away from the everyday routine.

Our vision

Respect for the environment and our neighbours.
To be complete respect must include all areas of daily life, from alimentation to where we live, from our work up to the relationship with the people we meet every day. The better the world in which we live and the better the world we'll leave to our children.
We believe

• that we must be first hand the change we want to see in the world (Gandhi);
• without respecting the rights of our neighbor, is a sign of incivility and lack of respect;
• in friendship, in being connected to each other, and in helping us to understand one another.

Our mission
With our "small" project, we want to help building a better world, where everyone can live in harmony with oneself, with the environment and all living beings. There is a real possibility, though difficult, to build a better world, starting from ourselves, from daily life, family and work from its scope.
Through our work we want to be a seed for the birth of a conscious age, be the tool to help to see life through different eyes.

And we find our Mission in Pope Wojtyla's words:
"How can we remain indifferent to the prospect of an ecological crisis that makes large areas uninhabitable and hostile to humanity on the planet? Or by the problems of peace, so often threatened by the specter of catastrophic wars? Or by contempt for the fundamental rights of many people, especially children? "(NMI, Apostolic Letter,2000).
