Apartment

We offer our guests a charming apartment of approx. 90 sqm., located in the heart of the beautiful medieval town of Ripatransone.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a small antique building and it is completely renovated. It consists of:

• 2 bedrooms
• 2 bathrooms with shower
• a large living room
• American kitchen
• closet

Tastefully decorated and equipped with all comforts: independent heating, dishwasher, oven, washing machine, ironing board, iron, kitchenware and linen.

It does not have air conditioning, but on demand we can add 2 portable units (supplement of Euro 15 a day).

Within a close distance you can find services such as: supermarket, restaurant, pizzeria, tobacconist, newspaper, pub, pharmacy....

Ripatransone, also called "Belvedere of the Piceno", offers a 360° view, from the sea to the mountains. It is situated at 490 m above sea level and is the perfect starting point for many excursions.

The sea, with beautiful white sand beaches, is only 10-15 minutes drive and the Monti Sibillini are approx. 45 minutes by car. In the area around Ripatransone there are many medieval towns which are worth a visit:

on the coast: Grottammare, Cupra Marittima and San Benedetto del Tronto;
in the hills: Cossignano, Offida, Castignano, Montalto, Montedinove, Carassai, Monterubbiano, Moresco, Massignano, Campofilone, Fermo ... and more inland, but within half an hour drive, there is the beautiful Ascoli Piceno.

Rental prices
From Euro 350 a week in low season up to Euro 630 a week in high season (July and August), all included. Final cleaning Euro 50,00.

- Length of stay (arrival and departure dates)

Deposit
Furthermore, a 40% deposit of your entire stay is required, to be sent via a bank transfer or postal order. Should any of the requirements or information be missing, we cannot guarantee accommodation.
Should the booking be on short notice we accept a credit card as guarantee (card number, expiry date and card holder name).

Payment
must be made on arrival by cash. Cheques not accepted.

Cancellation Policy

• The deposit will be totally refunded if the cancellation is made at least 30 days before the arrival date;
• the deposit will be recovered for subsequent stays if the cancellation is made between 29 and 7 days before arrival;
• the deposit will not be refunded if the cancellation is made less than 7 days before the arrival date.

The arrival time limit is set for 18.00. In case of delay, we kindly ask you to inform us by telephone.
