On sending your reservation, kindly include:
- Name, surname, and address.
- Home and mobile telephone numbers
- An e-mail address
- Number of guests and number of rooms required
- Length of stay (arrival and departure dates)

Deposit
Furthermore, a 30% deposit of your entire stay is required, to be sent via a bank transfer or postal order. Should any of the requirements or information be missing, we cannot guarantee accommodation.
Should the booking be on short notice we accept a credit card as guarantee (card number, expiry date and card holder name).

Payment
must be made on departure by cash, cash card, credit card. Cheques not accepted.

Cancellation Policy

• The deposit will be totally refunded if the cancellation is made at least 30 days before the arrival date;
• the deposit will be recovered for subsequent stays if the cancellation is made between 29 and 7 days before arrival;
• the deposit will not be refunded if the cancellation is made less than 7 days before the arrival date.

Check-in and check-out
check-in  2:00pm - 6:00pm;
check-out 9:00am - 10:00am

The arrival time limit is set for 18.00. In case of delay, we ask you the courtesy to notify you by telephone.
