The Project

A dream come true! In 2005 the purchase of the farm: a large farmhouse and 8 ha of fertile land.

Essential points of the project:

• Begin a conversion of the organic-biodynamic soils.
• Carry out a bio-geo physical study
• Make the project according Feng-Shui
• The renovation will preserve the memory in its forms and spirit of the ancient district of Trivio. 
• For the restructuring will be used only the techniques of bio-architecture-green building (identification of the nodes of Hartmann and Curry, conservation and re-use of the original materials) and Feng Shui. 
• Particular attention should be given to energy resources towards sustainable development (with biomass heating, electricity and heat from natural sources, water recovery, etc...)
• Create an accommodation of high quality.
• The country house of the farm: a place where people can find the beauty of the place and sincere welcoming, peace, tranquillity and serenity.

A place where everybody will feel a special energy, where the balance between man and nature is recovered. That is becoming a fundamental desire for many people and in the end we think: "Yes, I can do it."
