The Restaurant
Relais del Colle has a stylish cozy restaurant for 30 quests and it is located in the beautiful veranda with an enchanting view.
The restaurant offers various delicacies. They are prepared with great care and passion and with love for nature. Our pasta is home-made, as is the tasty bread and delicious desserts. Seasonal vegetables are grown in our own biodynamic garden. The extra virgin olive oil comes from our organic farm as well as the wine. The meat is provided by small farms in the area.
For our preparations we use as much as possible organic products and mostly from our biodynamic farming; we focus on quality and we know how important nutrition is to our health.
The restaurant is open by reservation only.
Breakfast
A continental buffet breakfast offering home-made, organic food: freshly baked bread, tarts, cakes, cookies, natural yoghurt, fruit juices and jams. And you can choose a hot drink: different types of tea, coffee, espresso, capuccino, caffèlatte, choclate, barley coffee, milk.
Allergies, and intolerances
Special attention is given to guests suffering from allergies, and/or food intolerances: a special menu may be requested.
Kindly inform the Hotel in advance so that we are able to make the necessary arrangements. Extras will be charged on the room.
